Job Title : Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Location : Malad , Maharashtra

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off)
Job Purpose :
To manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant positions in a manufacturing setup, including bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and plant workforce recruitment while ensuring timely closure of positions and maintaining hiring quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Bulk, Plant, and Lateral hiring, from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Business Heads based on approved Manpower Requisition Forms (MRF) to fulfill Mid to Senior level hiring requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist suitable candidates within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth interview processes and a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate compensation, benefits, and offer terms with shortlisted candidates and manage the offer rollout process.
Support hiring managers in developing and refining Job Descriptions based on role requirements.
Ensure timely closure of positions to meet urgent manpower requirements and business hiring targets.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Coordinate with Plant HR teams for workforce planning and plant-level recruitment activities.
Partner with stakeholders for role clarification, candidate evaluation, and final selection decisions.
Recruitment Optimization
Improve recruitment efficiency and cost optimization, ensuring maximum ROI on recruitment spending.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and closure ratios.
Provide periodic hiring updates and recruitment status reports to management.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 per year
