Role Overview
The Exam Coordinator Assistant will support the examination process by coordinating with candidates, maintaining records, scheduling exam-related activities, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the exam journey. The role involves regular calling and follow-ups with candidates to provide updates, reminders, and support regarding examinations and related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to candidates regarding exam schedules, registrations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure timely completion of exam-related requirements.
- Assist in coordinating examination schedules and related activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, documentation, and databases.
- Track candidate progress and provide necessary updates.
- Address candidate queries and escalate concerns when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth exam operations.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to candidate status and exam activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to improve candidate engagement and exam readiness.
- Support the Exam Coordinator in daily operational tasks.
Key Requirements
- Experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Student Counseling, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
- Good persuasion, relationship-building, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Graduation preferred.
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with experience in Sales, Telecalling, Education Counseling, Customer Support, or Student Relationship Management.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
