EXPERIENCE (IN YEARS): Qualified CS (fresher) or Semi-qualified with 2 years of
training experience
1. Requirements (what does the job profile demand):
a. In-depth knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA
b. Ability to identify and interpret applicable laws and rules
c. Good communication and drafting skills
d. Readiness to learn
e. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently

2. Responsibilities/Job role in brief:
a. Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, RBI, FEMA and other applicable regulations.
b. Preparation and maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books and registers.
c. Independent communication with consultants/stakeholders as per requirement.
d. Drafting/review of commercial/non-commercial contracts, legal documents in respect of
Laws/statutory provisions applicable to the Company and in line with industry practices,
assist in developing templates and processes.
e. Assisting in developing internal legal system and processes.
f. Any other responsibility within the realm of above activities.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
