Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Retail/Counter Sales Executive to join our textile retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting our textile products, and driving sales while maintaining a professional and presentable appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting textile products based on their needs.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of product features, fabric types, and usage.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising and ensure the display is attractive and up-to-date.
- Handle customer queries, offer suggestions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store.
- Maintain stock levels and inform the management of product requirements.
- Travel locally (if needed) to meet customer or store-related needs.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
- Presentable appearance with a friendly and confident personality.
- Must reside in and around Phulnakhara, Bhubaneswar
- Basic knowledge of textiles or a keen interest to learn.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per retail hours.
