Key Responsibilities
A. Product Implementation & Deployment
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Mograsys software solutions for schools and educational institutions
- Understand client requirements and map them to product features and configurations
- Configure modules, workflows, roles, and permissions based on institution needs
- Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate go-live activities and ensure smooth rollout
B. Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering
- Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and process walkthroughs with school stakeholders
- Translate business and operational requirements into technical or configuration requirements
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
C. Data Migration & Validation
- Plan and execute data migration activities (students, staff, academic records, fees, etc.)
- Validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or issues during migration
D. Data Migration & Validation
- Conduct product training sessions for administrators, teachers, and staff
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and SOPs
- Ensure users are confident in using the system post-implementation
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off
E. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with development, QA, and support teams to resolve implementation issues
- Raise and track bugs, enhancements, and configuration requests
- Participate in internal review meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client experiences
F. Post-Implementation Support & Handover
- Support clients during the stabilization period after go-live
- Ensure a smooth handover to the support/customer success team
- Assist in identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
- Help maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
