Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in accounting while working in a fast-paced, growth-driven startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding dues
- Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for financial processes
- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 0–6 months of experience (internship experience will be considered)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Tally and MS Excel
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
