Key Responsibilities
- Generate Home Loan & LAP business through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Explain loan products, documentation, interest rates, and process to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursal
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience in HL / LAP sales is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented with passion for sales
- Knowledge of local market and customer base
- Two wheeler preferred
