Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Identify potential clients and business opportunities. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers. Present company products and services to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support business growth. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
