Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide and support our development teams in adopting Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master will ensure smooth sprint execution, remove obstacles, and help the team deliver high-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Remove impediments and resolve issues that impact team progress
- Work closely with Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and performance metrics
- Promote collaboration between cross-functional teams
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
