* Market Coverage: Conduct regular market visits (field sales) to audit stock, secure orders, and ensure product visibility.

* Merchandising: Ensure proper placement of products, displays, and promotional materials.
* Reporting: Submit daily reports on sales figures, competitor activity, and market trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills

* Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office for sales reports.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
