We are hiring an experienced Project Manager (PM) for Railway 3rd Line Infrastructure Projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, planning, coordination, monitoring, and timely completion of railway construction activities as per project requirements and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete site execution activities for Railway 3rd Line Projects.
- Prepare and monitor project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with client, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per approved drawings and project timelines.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), billing records, and execution reports.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with railway standards and safety norms.
- Handle site issues, technical coordination, and project-related documentation.
- Conduct regular review meetings with execution and planning teams.
- Follow-up for project milestones, approvals, and target achievements.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of railway infrastructure and construction projects.
- Experience in execution, planning, and site management.
- Good leadership and team handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple activities under deadlines.
Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ Years experience in Railway / Infrastructure Projects preferred.
