Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly according to service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and company policies.
Assist with billing and payment processing when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by management related to restaurant operations.
