Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings.
- Process ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests.
- Assist customers with fare details, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for reservations and special requests.
- Verify passenger details and travel documents before ticket issuance.
- Monitor PNR status, schedule changes, and airline updates.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt travel solutions.
- Maintain accurate booking records and prepare daily transaction reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and airline guidelines.
- Meet service quality standards and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Amadeus & GDS portal knowledge is must.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
