Job Profile:
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Head to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for HVAC and air conditioning products, preferably with experience in Daikin or similar brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, logistics, production planning, vendor management, and distribution while ensuring cost efficiency and uninterrupted material flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components to support production schedules.
- Manage vendor development, supplier performance, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Sales teams for smooth operations.
- Analyze supply chain performance using KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and risk management activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, supply chain analytics, and performance dashboards for senior management.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Electrical Engineering. MBA (Operations/Supply Chain Management) is preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within the HVAC, Air Conditioning, Home Appliance, or Manufacturing industry.
- Experience with Daikin or similar brands such as LG, Samsung, Voltas, Blue Star, Panasonic, Haier, or Whirlpool is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, production planning, ERP systems, and vendor management.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and supply chain optimization techniques is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
