Job Description
KPS Construction – Civil & Interiors is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong interior designing and site execution background. The role involves handling residential interior projects, coordinating vendors and labour, and ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Complete responsibility for interior site execution of residential projects
· Daily supervision of site work as per interior drawings and 3D designs
· Vendor coordination – carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling contractors, suppliers
· Labour planning, allocation, and coordination
· Ensure quality, timelines, and safety standards on site
· Material planning, procurement follow-up, and inventory control
· Client coordination and issue resolution
· Regular progress reporting to management
Requirements & Skills
· 3–4 years experience in residential interior site execution (mandatory)
· Interior designing / interior execution background compulsory
· Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design
· Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes
· Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and specifications
· Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills
