About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Analyst with strong project management and implementation skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of gathering business requirements, coordinating with technical teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and define project scope.
- Gather and document client requirements.
- Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOW).
- Create UML diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure business requirements are met.
- Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams.
- Assist in preparing test plans and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Resolve client queries and maintain project documentation.
- Manage project delivery timelines and client expectations.
- Obtain client sign-off during project closure.
