Role Overview
The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring operational discipline across Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations. The role monitors performance, validates reporting accuracy, identifies process gaps, and escalates operational risks before they impact the business. In addition, the role oversees office administration, compliance coordination, vendor management, and operational reporting. This is a control and governance role that requires sound judgment, analytical thinking, and strong process orientation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations
- Monitor the sales funnel daily through the CRM, including lead allocation, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and dispositions.
- Review sales calls for quality and process adherence; share findings with the Sales Manager.
- Verify enrollments, documentation, payments, and batch allocation; flag discrepancies.
- Track collections and outstanding payments until closure.
Digital Marketing Operations
- Monitor campaign performance, including spend, leads, CPL, and Cost per Enrollment.
- Reconcile marketing reports with CRM and ad platform data.
- Track content and campaign execution against the marketing calendar.
- Evaluate lead quality and coordinate feedback between Marketing and Sales.
Cross-Functional Operations
- Track deliverables across departments and drive timely closure of action items.
- Validate business reports against system records and escalate mismatches.
- Manage student grievances from logging to resolution.
- Coordinate compliance deadlines, vendor management, and office administration.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for the Founder.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Process Excellence, or Quality.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Kylas, Zoho, LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing metrics, including CPL, campaign performance, and conversion tracking.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and process management skills.
- Graduate; experience in EdTech, BFSI, or high-volume inside sales environments is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
