Job Title: Warehouse Executive – D2C Operations

Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive with 1–3 years of experience in D2C/E-commerce warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing inventory, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and day-to-day warehouse activities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately as per order details.
Ensure proper product labeling, packaging, and order dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Conduct regular stock counts and identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Handle returns, replacements, and RTO orders efficiently.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely dispatch and pickups.
Maintain proper warehouse organization and ensure products are stored safely.
Update warehouse records, trackers, and system entries regularly.
Follow SOPs for quality, safety, hygiene, and inventory handling.
Coordinate with the Customer Support, Operations, and Procurement teams when required.
Support stock audits and other warehouse-related activities.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in D2C/E-commerce/warehouse operations preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and warehouse/order management systems.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse operations.
Prior experience with D2C brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
