Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for students and prospective learners, helping them with course inquiries, registrations, technical support, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Guide prospective students through the course enrollment process.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and existing students.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for quick issue resolution.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate complex cases when required.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at every interaction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or Customer Service (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Stable internet connection and a laptop/desktop.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech or Financial Education.
- Basic knowledge of trading or cryptocurrency is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
