We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our Study Abroad counseling team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Europe and UK education systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in student counseling and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate the student counseling team.
* Monitor daily counseling activities and ensure achievement of admission targets.
* Train and guide counselors on study abroad programs, universities, and admission procedures.
* Handle student and parent escalations professionally.
* Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and team performance.
* Ensure proper follow-up and CRM updates by team members.
* Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
* Maintain strong knowledge of UK and European universities, courses, and visa processes.
* Work closely with management to achieve business goals.
*Requirements*
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
2. Strong knowledge of UK and European education markets.
3. Excellent communication, counseling, and leadership skills.
4. Experience in team handling and target achievement.
5. Proficiency in CRM and basic computer applications.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
