## Job Role & PurposeThe Finance Executive will handle day-to-day financial operations, ensure meticulous accounting integrity, and optimize operational cash flows. This position bridges raw transactional booking with management information systems (MIS) reporting, maintaining compliance with regional and corporate regulatory frameworks.------------------------------## Key Responsibilities* Core Accounting: Maintain accurate general ledgers, sub-ledgers, journal entries, and period-end provisions.* Reconciliations: Execute daily bank reconciliations, vendor ledger matching, and internal intercompany cleanups.* Payables & Receivables: Manage cash flow by tracking aging vendor invoices and driving customer collections.* Statutory Compliance: Compute and file timely returns for GST, TDS, and corporate taxation frameworks.* Financial Reporting: Assemble monthly expense analyses, baseline budgets, and high-level internal MIS data dashboards.* Audit Facilitation: Provide complete documentation, schedules, and cross-checks for internal and external auditors.------------------------------
## Required Qualifications
## 1. Education* Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or Economics.* Preferred: MBA in Finance, M.Com, or completion of CA Inter / ACCA fundamental levels.
## 2. Professional Experience* Range: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in corporate finance or a chartered accountancy firm.* Domain: Proven history in executing basic bookkeeping, regulatory tax filing, and voucher verifications.
## 3. Technical Skills* Software: High proficiency in Tally Prime, SAP ERP, Oracle, or comparable accounting modules.* Data Tools: Advanced MS Excel skills, specifically utilizing VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and conditional nested formulas.* Taxation: Solid practical grasp of local payroll taxes, withholding mechanisms, and e-filing portals.

Core Soft Skills & Behavioral Traits* Analytical Mindset: Sharp numerical aptitude capable of isolating transactional errors or budget variances.* Communication: Clear, direct professional correspondence style with internal teams, vendors, and banking representatives.* Integrity: Highly disciplined commitment to data safety, information discretion, and internal risk controls.
