Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This is a remote opportunity for candidates who are fluent in Gujarati and have strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Gujarati (Mandatory).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or telecalling is preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience)
