### Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates must meet the following strict criteria to be considered:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant, hands-on experience in the cash logistics or private security sector.
- PSARA Compliance: Must have formal training in subjects stipulated according to PSARA 2005 requirements.
- Licensing: Must be a holder of a valid arms license and firearm.
## Responsibilities
- Conduct fair, independent, and rigorous practical and theory assessments for candidates under the specified job role.
- Adhere strictly to the National Occupational Standards (NOS) and assessment guidelines.
- Ensure timely submission of assessment marks, candidate attendance, and required documentation via the designated portals.
