We are currently seeking skilled Offshore Developers / RPA & AI Automation Specialists to support automation development, operational support, and monitoring activities across a global automation programme.
Role Overview
The Offshore Developer will support the development, maintenance, and operational support of RPA and AI automation solutions within a large enterprise automation environment.
This role is ideal for hands-on developers with experience in UiPath, AI automation, operational support, and dashboard development who can work effectively within a structured offshore delivery model under the guidance of the Offshore Senior Developer.
Key Responsibilities
RPA & AI Automation Development
- Develop and maintain RPA and AI automation solutions
- Build automation workflows using UiPath and related automation technologies
- Support AI-enabled and agentic AI automation initiatives
- Assist with automation testing, deployment, and documentation activities
Platform & Orchestrator Support
- Support maintenance and administration of UiPath Orchestrator
- Monitor automation health, bot execution, and platform stability
- Support infrastructure and operational activities for automation environments
Operations & Monitoring
- Provide operational support for RPA and AI automations
- Support monitoring, incident resolution, and change requests
- Ensure stable support coverage during CET business hours
- Participate in support coverage during German and Indian public holidays
- Support continuity planning for longer-term resource absences within fixed-fee delivery models
Dashboard & Reporting Development
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting solutions
- Work with tools such as:
- Looker Studio
- Looker
- Tableau
- Support automation reporting, KPI tracking, and operational analytics
Team Collaboration
- Work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Offshore Senior Developer
- Participate in peer reviews and technical discussions
- Follow established coding standards, governance policies, and documentation practices
- Collaborate with delivery teams and client stakeholders as required
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of RPA / AI automation or related technology experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- UiPath
- AI automation solutions
- Automation monitoring and support
- Experience supporting medium-scale automation programmes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working within offshore delivery models
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with SAP automation
- Exposure to AI-driven or agentic automation solutions
- Experience with dashboard and reporting platforms:
- Looker Studio
- Looker
- Tableau
- Experience supporting enterprise automation operations
- Exposure to fixed-fee managed service delivery environments
