Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to join VTP Infra Tech Pvt Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth workflow execution. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess good negotiation skills, and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and operational requirements
2. Source new vendors and maintain a reliable vendor database
3. Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency
4. Conduct daily follow-ups with vendors and internal teams for task completion
5. Maintain and update operational data and records accurately
6. Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations
7. Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner
8. Support the team in improving operational processes and efficiency
Required Skills:
Vendor coordination and vendor sourcing skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Daily follow-ups and time management abilities
Basic knowledge of data management
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Qualifications:
Graduation is mandatory
Experience:
1-2 year of experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
