Sr. HR Generalist Experience: 3–5 Years – Industrial/Manufacturing Industry Qualification: MBA – HR / MSW / MHRM Location: Waghodiya GIDC Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the overall people management function. The candidate will be responsible for HR compliance, recruitment & hiring, payroll, attendance, employee relations, policy implementation, and employee skill development. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring for various industrial and corporate positions. Manage joining, onboarding, employee documentation and HR records. Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and statutory requirements. Handle PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax and other statutory compliances. Manage attendance, leave and shift management. Coordinate and monitor the monthly payroll process, including salary inputs and statutory deductions. Develop, update and implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs. Maintain employee master data, personnel files and HR documentation. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations. Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities. Identify training requirements and support employee skill development and training programs. Prepare HR reports, MIS and management dashboards. Support manpower planning and workforce management. Coordinate with various departments for smooth implementation of HR processes. Ensure proper implementation of company rules, policies and statutory requirements. Support audits and maintain required HR and compliance records. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Industrial HR & HR Generalist activities. Good knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance. Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax and Payroll. Good understanding of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. Experience in attendance and leave management systems. Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Strong employee handling and communication skills. Knowledge of training, development and skill enhancement programs. Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/Payroll software and HR MIS. Strong problem-solving, coordination and interpersonal skills. Preferred Candidate Profile 3–5 years of relevant experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Candidate should have strong practical exposure to HR operations, compliance and payroll. Should be capable of independently handling day-to-day HR Generalist activities.
