Lead the creative design function across branding, video production, visual storytelling, marketing creatives, and campaign design. You will own the visual identity and creative direction of House of EdTech brands, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused content across digital platforms. Experience in UI/UX is a plus, helping support landing pages and product initiatives when required.

- Experience: 5+ years in branding, graphic design, video production, motion graphics, or creative design leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Design/HCI/Multimedia/Animation/Fine Arts or equivalent practical experience
- Own brand identity and visual direction across all House of EdTech brands.
- Lead creation of campaign assets, social media creatives, ads, presentations, event collateral, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop creative concepts that improve engagement and conversion.
- Lead creative direction for educational content, ads, reels, YouTube videos, explainers, and motion graphics.
- Guide video editors and motion designers.
- Drive storytelling, editing quality, thumbnails, and performance-focused content design.
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and content teams.
- Manage designers, video editors, and creative associates.
- Set quality standards and review creative output.
- Drive productivity, process improvement, and creative excellence.
- Support website, landing page, and product experience design when required.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on key UX initiatives.
- Contribute to conversion-focused page design and optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of product designers, graphic designers, and video editors; set quality bars and review work.
- Drive outcomes across different designers and creative visual associates — align individual strengths to business goals, track performance metrics (engagement, conversion, retention), and ensure consistent creative output across all verticals.
- Plan capacity, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery across product and marketing pipelines.
- Evolve design processes: briefs, critiques, QA, asset management, and documentation; contribute to hiring.
