Job Summary
- Industry & Qualification:
Candidates must be from the Paint Industry with either:
- B.Tech in Paint Technology, or
- M.Sc. in Polymer Chemistry / Organic Chemistry
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of resins, including their functions, applications, and testing methods
- Experience:
- Candidates with experience in E-coating will be preferred
- Must have a strong background in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Science, and Resin Formulation
- Hands-on experience in R&D, coatings, and product development is required

- Lead research and development activities for new and existing coating products
- Drive product development, formulation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee resin development and ensure alignment with performance and quality standards
- Manage quality assurance testing and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide independent problem-solving solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, QA, and marketing
- Ensure timely execution of R&D projects within defined timelines and budgets
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and technical data records
- Lead, mentor, and manage the R&D team effectively
- Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Paint Technology
OR
- M.Sc. in Polymer Chemistry / Organic Chemistry
Experience Required
- 10–12 years of experience in organic/industrial coatings or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Yly CTC: 8 to 10 Lacs Per Annuam.

- Strong knowledge of coating formulations and resin chemistry
- Expertise in product development and QA processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Exposure to E-coat systems
- Knowledge of nanotechnology (Sol-Gel systems)
