About the Role
We are looking for a creative Application Screens Designer who will collaborate directly with clients to transform requirements into usable screen designs. The designer will leverage AI design tools (e.g., Stitch, Figma plugins, Gemini/Imagen) to generate and refine application screens. While original design skills are valuable, the primary focus is on using AI tools effectively to accelerate delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to gather requirements and translate them into screen flows.
- Use AI‑powered design tools to generate application screens quickly and accurately.
- Refine and adapt AI‑generated designs to meet usability and branding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs align with functional specifications.
- Maintain consistency across mobile and web application screens.
- Document design decisions and provide clear hand‑offs to development teams.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX or application screen design.
- Strong familiarity with AI design tools (Stitch, Figma AI, or similar).
- Ability to translate client requirements into clear, usable interfaces.
- Good understanding of ERP workflows and enterprise application design (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of design systems, accessibility, and responsive layouts.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP or enterprise SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Miro).
- Ability to create modular design components for scalable apps.
