Telemarketer – Digital Marketing Services
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting digital marketing services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and prospective clients.
- Explain company digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, website development, and lead generation.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or demos.
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls, email, or messaging platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and build positive relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and professional behavior.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Certification or training in digital marketing is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
