Key Responsibilities:1. Accounts & Finance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations of all branches.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, monthly closing, and ledger scrutiny.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate collection follow-ups.
- Verify vendor invoices, customer billing, and ensure correct cost allocation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
2. Team Handling
- Supervise and guide the accounts team across locations.
- Allocate work, monitor task completion, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Train team members on accounting procedures and software usage.
- Maintain discipline, set performance standards, and support team efficiency.
3. Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory norms.
- Support auditors by providing required documentation and schedules.
- Maintain proper records for statutory filings and internal audits.
4. Software & Systems
- Strong experience in accounting software .
- Should have experience in logistics-specific software.
- Ability to generate reports, analyse data, and streamline accounting processes.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with branch managers, operations team, and management for smooth workflow.
- Communicate daily/weekly financial updates to the Accounts Head / Management.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, vendor issues, and customer queries.
- Assitant senior account head / CA / purchase / billing team.
Key Skills Required
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Team leadership and people management.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Tally, ERP, and logistics software.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
