Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to promote and manage loan and insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing financial solutions based on customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for loan and insurance products through field sales, references, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan and insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies for approvals and documentation.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely service support.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales assistance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management regularly.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of loans, insurance, banking, and financial products.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- MS Office and CRM knowledge preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in banking, finance, loans, insurance, or sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
