We are looking for a highly experienced CAD Draughtsman with strong exposure in building plan approvals under DTCP & LPA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of approval drawings (Site Plan, Floor Plans, Elevation, Sections)
* Working on DTCP & LPA submission drawings
* Handling scrutiny comments, revisions & resubmissions
* Coordination with approval consultants & internal team
* Ensuring compliance with TNCDBR rules
Technical Skills Required:
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Solid understanding of FSI, setbacks, OSR, parking norms.
* Knowledge of zoning regulations & land use interpretation.
* Experience in residential, commercial & industrial approvals.
Experience: Minimum 5–10 years
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
