Vasundhara Construction is looking for a skilled and experienced Civil & Interior Billing Engineer to manage project costing, billing, and client coordination for construction and interior projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quotations for civil and interior projects as per Covered area and Site measurements.
- Handle project costing and budget and Rate analysis for construction items
- Prepare 2D layout plan in AutoCAD.
- Basic Knowledge of 3D (sketchup, Vray, Lumion ) (Optional not mandatory)
- Manage client communication and ensure smooth client handling
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work
- Prepare billing reports, BOQ, and project documentation as per Drawings.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure project work aligns with cost and timeline requirements
