Position: NOC Engineer
Experience: 2–6 Years
Certification: CCNA Certification is Mandatory
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and IT systems on a 24×7 basis.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related issues and incidents.
- Handle L1/L2 network troubleshooting and escalation.
- Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices.
- Perform incident logging, tracking, and resolution as per SLA.
- Analyze network alerts and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain network monitoring reports, incident records, and operational documentation.
- Follow standard NOC procedures, escalation matrices, and security guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in NOC/Network Operations.
- CCNA certification is compulsory.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and routing concepts.
- Hands-on knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring and ticketing tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
