The Project Head will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, quality control and timely completion of all construction projects undertaken by the company. The role requires complete ownership of project sites, coordination with internal departments, contractors, consultants and management, while ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Construction Quality Management
Ensure the highest standards of construction quality across all projects. Monitor and approve the quality of materials used at project sites. Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with approved specifications. Identify quality deviations and implement corrective measures immediately. Maintain quality control records and reports.
2. Project Planning & Execution
Oversee end to end execution of construction activities. Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and completion targets. Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets. Anticipate project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
3. Drawing Review & Approvals
Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings in detail. Coordinate with the MD, VP, consultants and architects for approvals related to design modifications, corrections and project enhancements. Ensure all site activities are executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Recommend improvements based on site requirements and practical feasibility.
4. Site Management
Take complete responsibility for project sites and construction activities. Supervise site engineers, contractors, supervisors and labor teams. Ensure proper workforce allocation and productivity management. Monitor daily progress and resolve site related issues promptly. Ensure safety standards and compliance at all times.
5. Cross Functional Coordination Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Marketing and Administration departments to ensure smooth project execution. Facilitate timely approvals, material procurement, payments and statutory compliance. Conduct regular review meetings and provide updates to management.
6. Material & Procurement
Oversight Verify material specifications before procurement. Ensure procurement of quality materials at competitive prices. Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material availability. Monitor inventory utilization and prevent material wastage.
7. Competitor & Market Analysis
Conduct regular analysis of competing real estate projects. Study construction methodologies, amenities, materials, layouts and design trends adopted by competitors. Recommend innovative construction practices and value additions to improve project competitiveness. Prepare competitor benchmarking reports for management review.
8. Technical Expertise & Monitoring
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all construction activities, including civil, structural, finishing, infrastructure and utility works. Review minute technical details and ensure compliance with engineering standards. Guide site teams on technical issues and best construction practices. Monitor project documentation and technical records.
9. Management Reporting
Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to MD and VP. Highlight project achievements, risks, delays and corrective actions. Provide recommendations for improving efficiency, quality and cost control.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Master's Degree in Construction Management (Preferred)
Experience
- 10–15+ years of experience in real estate construction and project management.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple projects.
- Experience in villa, plotted development, residential, commercial or township projects preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
