Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Toroidal Core & Voltage Stabilizer Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Duhai, Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for the production, assembly, testing, and quality control of toroidal transformers/cores and voltage stabilizers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture, wind, assemble, and test toroidal cores and transformers.
- Assemble and troubleshoot voltage stabilizers.
- Conduct testing and quality checks on finished products.
- Identify and rectify faults in stabilizers and transformer components.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of testing and production activities.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to improve efficiency.
- Follow workplace safety and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification.
- Strong knowledge of toroidal core winding, transformer manufacturing, and voltage stabilizer systems.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of testing equipment and quality control procedures.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–8 years of experience in Toroidal Core Manufacturing, Transformer Production, Voltage Stabilizer Manufacturing, or related electrical/electronics industries.
- Hands-on experience in winding, assembly, testing, and repair of stabilizers and transformers is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
