Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to drive sales growth, acquire new customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing members. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, with experience in direct or field sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Maintain daily sales reports, including meetings, presentations, and closures.
- Participate in corporate activities, promotional events, and exhibitions to promote Keystone memberships.
- Assess customer needs and effectively present suitable membership plans.
- Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and existing customer networks.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective customers.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally to successfully close sales.
- Assist new members with their first holiday booking and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Generate quality referrals from new and existing members.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 year of experience in:
- Direct Sales
- Hospitality
- Timeshare Industry
- Insurance Sales
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Proven experience in field sales and face-to-face customer interactions.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong presentation and closing skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
