Job Title: Payroll Executive (Fresher)
Location: Aundh, Pune (Work from Office)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team. The candidate will assist in payroll processing, attendance management, statutory compliance, and employee data management. Candidates with good Excel skills and a willingness to learn payroll processes are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain daily employee attendance records and coordinate with departments for attendance regularization.
- Prepare attendance, leave, overtime, and reimbursement reports.
- Support payroll activities by collecting and verifying payroll inputs.
- Assist in statutory compliance related to:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employee State Insurance (ESIC)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Payroll-related TDS coordination
- Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
- Generate payroll and MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with the HR and Accounts teams for payroll and attendance-related activities.
- Address basic employee queries related to attendance, salary, and payroll records.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of payroll and employee information.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of payroll and HR processes.
- Knowledge of attendance management is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- IF Formulas
- Data Validation
- Basic MIS Reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain accuracy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Management (BBA), Finance,MBA or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Certification in Payroll, HR, or Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
