We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Set sales goals and ensure target achievement
- Train and guide sales executives for improved performance
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
- Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales or sales management
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Experience
