Key Responsibilities
- Client & Space Design: Conduct client interactions at our experience stores, perform site visits to record precise dimensions, and create functional, aesthetically pleasing 3D residential designs.
- Conceptualization to Execution: Lead market research, design, prototyping, manufacturing, and visualization of new furniture and interior concepts.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, documentation, and production plans; coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure designs translate perfectly into finished products.
- Project Management: Manage space requirements, furniture placement, lighting, and material selection while adhering to strict project deadlines and budgets.
- Operational Strategy: Drive optimal performance of the design function while ensuring compliance with company-wide policies.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Background in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or Architecture.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in design and visualization.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering (Blender or 3ds Max + Vray) is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) is a strong plus.
- Design Aptitude: Strong CMF (Color, Material, Finish) sense and a deep understanding of furniture production processes and material selection.
- Attributes: Excellent artistic skills, ability to adapt designs to client needs, and a professional demeanor (Business Casual dress code required).
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
