Job Title: Technology Analyst – Customer Experience (CX) & Voice platforms Experience: 5–8 Years Department: DCR Role Overview We are looking for a curious and self-driven professional who thrives on exploring new technologies, platforms, and capabilities, with a strong focus on Customer Voice and Experience management solutions. This role involves working across internal teams to understand business use cases, engaging with external vendors, and evaluating emerging solutions that span Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) infrastructure, cloud, data, AI, and APIs. The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable, ready to learn any new technology independently on short notice, and capable of quickly building Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate practical application. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and use cases. Explore new technologies and platforms independently and assess their relevance. Engage with external vendors to communicate requirements and evaluate offerings. Lead technical evaluations, POCs, and sandbox testing for Customer Voice and feedback management platforms. Document findings and share insights with stakeholders. Simplify and present complex technical concepts in a clear, actionable format. Stay current with emerging trends across cloud, AI, automation, APIs, and modern CX/Voice of the Customer (VoC) tech stacks. Required Skills & Qualifications High learning agility: Proven ability to rapidly pick up any unfamiliar technology, tool, or platform and independently deliver end-to-end Proof of Concepts (POCs). Hands-on approach to problem-solving, code, API, and Platform evaluations. 5–8 years of experience in technology exploration, architecture, or innovation roles. Tool and Platforms: Must have : Exposure to Platforms like Salesforce, Agentforce, Must have : implementing or evaluating Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) platforms (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics, Sprinklr or similar VoC solutions). Nice to have : Familiarity with full-stack development concepts. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work across multiple domains and adapt quickly to new technologies. Exposure to vendor evaluation and platform onboarding. Experience with enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
