We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support an Insurance Consultant in managing client data, documentation, policy renewals, and daily administrative tasks. This role involves ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service from the back end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client records in digital and physical formats
- Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance proposals and policy documentation
- Handle policy renewals, premium reminders, and client follow-ups
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and claim follow-ups
- Generate reports related to business performance, pending renewals, and client queries
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar of the Insurance Advisor
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and business data
- Provide basic support for digital platforms (like online portals for policy status, premium payments, etc.)
- Assist in marketing campaigns such as sending emails, WhatsApp messages, and basic social media updates
- Prepare client communication letters, renewal notices, and welcome kits
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Freshers can also apply
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (Life, Health, General) is an advantage
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Email, and Internet usage
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
