The Pre Sales Expert is the first voice a prospect hears and the engine that powers our sales funnel. This role is responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, managing RSVPs for site visits and events, and ensuring only decision-ready leads are passed to the Sales Consultants. You are not a telemarketer you are a relationship-builder who understands buyer intent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make out-bound calls and handle inquiries from leads generated through digital and offline channels in professional manner understanding the responsibility and importance.
- Conduct structured qualification conversations to assess: Budget, Need, Authority, and Timeline.
- Manage RSVPs and confirmations for site visits and project launch events.
- Maintain a detailed nurture calendar for warm leads, ensuring consistent, value-driven follow-ups.
- Pass qualified leads to Senior Sales Consultants with a comprehensive handoff note.
- Capture all lead data, interaction history, and qualification status accurately in the CRM.
- Handle objections on initial calls and build enough trust to secure a site visit commitment.
- Coordinate WhatsApp follow-ups, reminders and post-visit check-ins.
- Achieve daily call targets and weekly site visit conversion benchmarks.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, in well established real estate and prop tech firms.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a warm, confident phone presence.
- Strong lead qualification ability to probe without being intrusive.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or any real-estate specific CRM).
- High energy, target-driven attitude with the ability to make 60–80 calls per day.
- Being graduate in any discipline is mandatory; MBA or marketing background is a plus.
