As a Total Rewards Manager, India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA), you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving market-competitive, compliant, and scalable compensation, benefits, wellbeing, mobility, and recognition programs across high-growth and emerging markets. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary Total Rewards partner for the IMEA region, providing strategic guidance to Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and local Human Resources teams.
- Partner with Global Total Rewards to implement enterprise-wide reward initiatives, regional market adaptations, and governance practices that support Lubrizol’s talent strategy and business objectives.
- Lead compensation planning, salary structure reviews, market competitiveness assessments, and market intelligence activities across IMEA.
- Identify and recommend reward solutions that address critical talent retention, skill scarcity, and high-growth market needs.
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert for Job Family Architecture (JFA), incentive plan guidance, retention programs, recognition programs, and compensation governance initiatives.
- Lead pay equity, pay transparency, and regulatory readiness activities in alignment with evolving global and local requirements.
- Provide regional expertise for benefits, retirement, mobility, wellbeing, transportation, leave, and flexible benefits programs.
- Lead benefits benchmarking, vendor reviews, program evaluations, renewal processes, and governance activities to support competitive and employee-centered programs.
- Monitor country-specific legislation, regulatory developments, and market trends, and recommend action plans that balance global consistency with regional and local requirements.
- Participate in strategic Total Rewards projects, including benefits harmonization, pay equity reviews, regionally required initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or divestiture activities.
- Develop presentations, recommendations, and business cases for regional and enterprise leadership teams.
- Lead regional change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities related to Total Rewards programs.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards.
- Experience supporting multiple countries within a multinational organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading compensation and benefits programs in emerging and high-growth markets.
- Experience working with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platforms and compensation or benefits technologies.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed global organizations.
- Knowledge of compensation governance, pay equity principles, and regulatory trends.
Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional Total Rewards certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), or equivalent.
- Experience supporting compensation transformation initiatives, job architecture frameworks, workforce planning, or pay transparency programs.
- Experience with SAP or Workday.
- Additional regional language skills.
