Job description
- Handle billing and invoicing for jewelry purchases with precision
- Process cash, card, and digital payments securely and efficiently
- Maintain and reconcile cash register and daily sales reports
- Verify customer identity for high-value purchases or special orders
- Ensure all transactions are properly documented and recorded
- Coordinate with sales staff to prepare invoices and handle product returns or exchanges
- Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally at the billing counter
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cashier station
- Report any discrepancies or suspicious activity to the manager immediately
- Assist with basic administrative tasks like stock tagging or inventory entry if needed.
