We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent beverage-making skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per company standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.
- Take customer orders and ensure a warm guest experience.
- Handle billing and POS operations when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and seating area.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about inventory requirements.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a friendly personality.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of coffee machines and equipment handling.
Preferred Skills:
- Latte art knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Passion for coffee and hospitality.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
