About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to expand our network and generate qualified leads for interior design and turnkey fit-out projects.
The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with builders, architects, interior freelancers, real estate consultants, channel partners, and potential homeowners to generate both B2B and B2C business opportunities.
This is a field-oriented role requiring regular visits, relationship management, networking, and lead generation activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Lead Generation
- Visit builders and developers regularly to identify upcoming residential and commercial projects.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, and freelance designers.
- Develop a network of channel partners who can refer interior projects.
- Generate corporate office, retail, hospitality, and commercial fit-out opportunities.
- Conduct presentations about Dream Dots Interiors' services and capabilities.
- Maintain a database of all builders, architects, and partners visited.
B2C Lead Generation
- Identify and generate leads from apartment communities, villas, and residential projects.
- Connect with homeowners during possession stages.
- Participate in exhibitions, apartment events, and networking activities.
- Generate walk-in appointments for the experience center.
- Follow up on inquiries and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Relationship Management
- Maintain regular touchpoints with existing partners.
- Develop referral programs and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors and ongoing projects.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Update daily visit reports.
- Maintain lead status and partner database.
- Submit weekly performance reports.
- Track conversions from lead generation to project closure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
