Job Summary
Necurity Solutions Network Security Pvt Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of cybersecurity projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely project delivery, technical excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain clear, efficient, and timely communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Lead technical discussions with clients and serve as the primary liaison between clients and the delivery team.
Plan, assign, prioritise, and monitor project tasks based on team capabilities, project scope, and delivery timelines.
Conduct project kick-off meetings and ensure project scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined.
Ensure all assigned cybersecurity projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards and client expectations.
Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Escalate critical risks, project delays, or resource constraints to management on time.
Review technical deliverables before submission to clients to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Ensure effective resource allocation and workload balancing across multiple projects.
Manage multiple cybersecurity projects simultaneously while handling competing priorities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and share project status reports with clients and management regularly.
Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering, effort estimation, and technical discussions whenever required.
Ensure adherence to company processes, cybersecurity standards, and client-specific requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous process improvement and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Experience with project management or task tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, Click Up, or Microsoft Project is an added advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
One or more of the following certifications are preferred:
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
CompTIA Security+
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
Equivalent cybersecurity certifications
Experience
2–4 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Consulting, Technical Project Coordination, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading client engagements, coordinating technical teams, and delivering cybersecurity projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Experience in handling enterprise clients and managing multiple projects is preferred.
