Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to oversee and manage the overall operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control, maintenance, safety compliance, workforce management, and achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor plant performance, productivity, and operational costs.
- Lead and motivate production, maintenance, and support teams.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality departments.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure timely maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to management.
- Handle manpower planning, training, and performance management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing plant operations, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and plant management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and drive operational excellence.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automotive or engineering manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM practices.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
